Fill the metadata as follows:

Title: IBED PhD archive: PhD title

Authors: Your Name

Categories: Earth and Environmental Science (or any other that is most suitable)

Keywords A list of ten keywords

Description:

PhD archive of Your Name: This community groups various repositories containing data & code from the PhD project titled Your PhD Title.

ISBN: ISBN of your PhD Thesis

Any additional data archive level metadata that you want to provide for usage.

Funding Any Funding

Groups Your department

Resource title Your PhD Title

Resource DOI Your PhD Thesis DOI

Add chapters to the collection
